水葛的功效与作用

功效：全草有清热解毒、排膿、去腐生肌、消腫、利水通淋之效

主治：吐血,乳炎，肠炎,口疮 ,风火牙痛，腹泻，小便淋痛,尿路感染, 白浊,痈肿,妇女白带,小儿疳积

“还有补虚，补肾, 催乳，增血液，健脾胃，固中养血，接骨生肌，消炎止泻，治心脏衰弱,痢疾，痛经之效。”

它的根捣烂，可敷治刀枪伤。可用根捶片糖敷之，又能凉血，而止牙痛，可捶汁和水含之。,

“骨折以后可以把它复位，固定好，再取新鲜的雾水葛叶子捣成泥状，直接敷在骨折部位上，也可以把干的雾水葛加工成粉末，再用酒调制成膏状，敷在患处也能让断骨韧带再生。”

用法用量

他说，在内服方面，可以煎汤方式，干品15至30克，鲜品加倍。若外用，则适量捣敷；或捣汁含漱。

不过，张教授说，有一些使用注意必须牢记，疮疡无脓者勿用之，以免增痛。

治硬皮病：雾水葛叶、葫芦茶叶和食盐捣烂外敷；并用雾水葛茎和葫芦茶煎水洗擦。

治咳嗽痰多

张教授也说，咳嗽痰多“最怕”这种草，用它泡水喝，燥湿化痰降逆止呕。

雾水葛药膳汤：

配料：雾水葛，灵芝15克，红枣23克，党参23克，枸杞子24克，人参须15克，猪排骨300克，盐适量。

功效：清润提神，健脾开胃，益气养心，祛瘀止痛。

制法：将雾水葛、灵芝等药材浸入6000毫升水中约10分钟（用布袋装好扎口），再加入排骨，文火煮3小时。捞除布袋，再加盐调味，每次250至300毫升，吃肉喝汤每天1次

　　雾水葛常被人们用来制作药膳，其中比较有特点的大概是雾水葛煲汤了，煲出来的汤味道很鲜美。其做法很简单，取雾水葛的根100克、1斤排骨（1斤肉或者半只鸡均可），萝卜1个，以及葱姜蒜盐醋等一起煲汤就可以了。

　　据说在广东地区，若是小孩子不爱吃饭的话，那些有经验的老人家，就会用雾水葛的根炖一些肉给小孩子吃。

张教授说，雾水葛的功效还包含解毒去湿，治风火牙痛，眼热，吐血，可治跌打伤、痒疠、诸疮痈疽发背。

它的根捣烂，可敷治刀枪伤。炖肉内服治心脏衰弱，健脾补肾。它也可用于治乳炎及小儿疳积，清热解毒，健脾消积，止血，治疔疮，九子疡，小儿食积胀满，外伤出血。

“还有补虚，催乳，增血液，健脾胃，固中养血，接骨生肌，消炎止泻，治痢疾，痛经之效。”

1.尿路感染，肠炎，痢疾，疖肿，乳痈： 雾水葛鲜品一至二两或干品五钱至一两。水煎服。(广州部队《常用中草药手册》)②治外伤骨折(复位，固定后)，痈疮， 雾水葛鲜叶捣敷患处，或用干粉调酒包敷患处。 (《文山中草药》)③治硬皮病： 露水葛叶，葫芦茶叶，和食盐捣烂外敷；并用露水葛茎和葫芦茶煎水洗擦。 (《全展选编．皮肤科》)

Cara penggunaannya , untuk tulang patah daunnya yang segar atau kering dikisar hingga lumat dan diampur cuka untuk ditampal pada bahagian yang luka dengan syarat tulang telah berada pada kedudukannya yang betul. Untuk rheumatik 15-30 g daunnya yang segar direbus hingga mendidih dan airnya diminum. Untuk lebam pula daunnya dilayurkan pada api hingga layu dan ditampal pada bahagian yang lebam. Ia juga boleh digunakan untuk menurunkan panas badan, menyembuhkan lumpuh otot muka (selalunya disebabkan oleh minor stroke),sakit kepala, mata dan telinga.
