水蜈蚣的全草。

【性味与归经】辛，平。
　　【功效】发汗退热，消肿解毒。
　　临床应用

1.用于感冒发热，以及疟疾等症。
　　本品味辛性平，有发汗退热之功。用治感冒发热，可配合葛根同用;用治疟疾，可配合马鞭草同用，于疟发前二小时服药。
　　2.用于痢疾，皮肤瘙痒，蛇虫咬伤等症。
　　本品有消肿解毒作用，对于下痢赤白、里急后重，可配马齿苋、一见喜等药同用;皮肤瘙痒，可配葎草、苍耳草等药煎汤外洗;蛇虫咬伤，配野菊花、半枝莲等，既可煎汤内服，又可捣烂外敷。
